Return

You are entitled to return via the right of withdrawal. You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days, without having to give a reason. This period starts from the day on which you or someone other than the carrier physically receives the product. To exercise this right, all you have to do is send us a clear statement indicating that you wish to cancel the agreement. This can be done, for example, by post, fax or e-mail. You may use the attached model form for this, but this is not mandatory. It is important that you send this statement before the 14 days are up.

If you cancel the agreement, you will receive a refund of all your payments within 14 days, including any delivery costs (except for additional costs if you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard option we offer). We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly decide otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the products, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the products to us as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days of your cancellation notice. As long as you return the products within this period of 14 days, you are on time. The direct costs for returning are at your expense. You are only liable for any reduction in value of the products if this reduction in value is the result of use of the products that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the products.

Please note: There are some exceptions to the right of withdrawal, such as products that have been made according to your specifications, products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and for which the seal has been broken after delivery, and products that are irrevocably be mixed with other things.
